Workshop Description

Learn repeatable critical thinking processes that can be applied throughout your career.  Specifically, this workshop will focus on:

• Learning to use a repeatable process to help assess the situation & prioritize concerns (in chaotic environments) to be able to take & communicate effective action(s)
• Learning and applying a process for objective-based decision making to ensure alignment to strategy
• Learning a systematic process to assess risk and build mitigation plans to protect actions that are being made
